As we grow, Alliant continues to stay committed to providing the best audience-based, data-driven solutions. To support this, we’re expanding our team for continued quality and operational excellence for our clients and members.
Let’s get to know the five new additions!
Trevor Parsons joined Alliant in February as a Client Success Associate on the Client Success team. Trevor graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Business Administration, and he has experience in customer support. He is responsible for delivering great customer experiences and performance through project planning, communication and solution delivery coordination.
Erica Fernandez recently joined Alliant’s Database & Technology team as a Release Management Manager. Erica graduated from Marist College with a B.S. in Business Administration and comes to us from TransAmerica, where she gained experience in development and QA. Erica’s primary role is to manage the code and application release process – from development to production.
On the Platform Partnerships team, Alex Stevens joined Alliant this month as a Partner Success Manager. Alex has ad-tech experience in sales and media planning, where he also worked for one of Alliant's partners, Digilant. In this role he is assisting with onboarding and integration efforts, along with delivering business intelligence and quality assurance reporting.
Rounding out Alliant’s Platform Partnerships team, Frank Pappalardi started with us as Senior Platform Sales Manager. Frank has extensive industry experience with a background in sales, most recently at MedDataGroup. Frank’s focus at Alliant is identifying new platform partnership opportunities while strengthening current partnerships.
Our second intern on the Production team, Zach DeMeglio joined Alliant this month as a Systems Programmer. Zach currently studies Computer Science at Pace University and is responsible for scheduling, executing, and trafficking QA database production jobs with our Client Services team.
